Tanya Murphy
Tanya Murphy is the Co-Founder of By His Knowledge Ministries and the visionary and creator of Love in the 1st Degree, a ministry program designed to specifically address the cares and concerns that are unique to married women. Love in the 1st Degree, affectionately called LITFD, was launched in 2011 at Berean Christian Church Gwinnett, where Dr. Kevin B. Lee is the Senior Pastor. Since its launch in 2011, LITFD has ministered to 62 women through its 26 week program.
In addition to LITFD, By His Knowledge Ministries has developed several programs to minister to marriages and families: LITFD for Married Men; Couples Connect; Love at Home; and the Aquila & Priscilla Mentoring Program. By His Knowledge Ministries sole purpose for existence is the bring Christian marriage into its rightful place of honor as the Lord intended.
Tanya faithfully serves at Berean Christian Church Gwinnett, serving as Co-Coordinator of the Intercessory Prayer Ministry and teaches Love at Home through the School of Biblical Studies. She also serves as Advisor to LITFD at Berean.
Tanya is the loving and devoted wife of Kevin L. Murphy, Sr., her Co-Founder of By His Knowledge Ministries. Kevin and Tanya have 4 children and a wonderful son-in-law.
Tanya lives by Isaiah 26:3 You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.
Min. Tremica Carter
Min. Tremica Carter is the Founder of The Princess Project Ministries and Co-Founder of The College Connection with her husband Min. David Carter, where they assist at-risk teens with college entrance assistance and serve as ongoing advocates while they are in school. The Princess Project Ministries provides mentoring services to young ladies between the ages of 12-19.
Tremica serves as a Board Member and facilitator of By His Knowledge Ministries, and has co-written the curriculum of the Love in the 1st Degree Ministry Program as well as serving as a facilitator and ministry advisor to LITFD.
Tremica is a licensed minister of the gospel at Berean Christian Church Gwinnett, where Dr. Kevin B. Lee is the Senior Pastor. She also serves on the Intercessory Prayer Ministry, teaches in the School of Biblical Studies and facilitates LITFD in Berean.
Tremica is the loving and devoted wife of Min. David Carter. They are the proud parents of 2 children.
Tremica lives by Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts I think toward you says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil to give you an expected end.
